Night and Day at the Museums
Saturday 14th May 2011

This event has passed.

Take a full day and night to experience the wonders and curiosities of the University of Aberdeen’s seven collections! The museums, chapel, and house will stay open late for more exploring, including the new King’s Museum with its opening exhibition ‘100 Curiosities.’ Drop in to one of four science workshops at the Zoology Museum, or book ahead for the three art workshops at King’s Museum. Old Town House will host archaeological drawing and an art exhibit by Scottish poet, author, and artist Alasdair Gray. King’s College Chapel will be open for self-guided tours and breathtaking views of the beautiful stained glass windows. The four venues are in walking distance of each other, so why not visit them all?
